Publish availability and understand review states
Keep provider information factual and check whether a change is public.
After a listing claim is approved, use its permitted workspace controls to provide current availability or listing information. Access applies to approved listings; it does not authorize edits to other organizations. Use clear factual wording and avoid placing private client information in public notes.
Provider display names and submitted availability notes may be shown publicly. Corrections and new resource submissions can require review before they appear in the public directory. A saved submission or pending status is not proof of publication. Reopen the public listing to check an approved change.
If a session expires, sign in again and check the existing item before resubmitting. Contact support about rejected or disputed changes using the listing and a concise explanation. HomelessHelper may remove inaccurate or unsafe submissions and retain review history for operation and abuse prevention.
