Independent public information, responsible submissions and service limits.
Updated September 7, 2026. These terms cover HomelessHelper provided by AutoSecureLogin, including the native Android directory, website and optional provider workspace. Use the service lawfully and follow the rules of any provider or outside service you contact. Questions can be sent to contact@autosecurelogin.com.
Independent directory: HomelessHelper is not a government agency, does not represent or speak for a government entity, and is not endorsed by the agencies it links. Source attribution identifies the origin of a record. It does not imply that the app or a listing has government approval.
Information and emergency limits: listings and help are general information, can be incomplete or outdated, and do not guarantee suitability, eligibility, opening hours, bed availability, appointments or benefits. The service does not provide emergency dispatch, medical treatment, legal representation or case management. Verify with the responsible organization before traveling or applying. Use 911 for immediate danger, 988 for U.S. crisis support and 211 for local resource assistance as appropriate.
Provider responsibility: submit only truthful information and evidence you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate organizations, claim listings without authority, expose private client data or submit abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent or dangerous material. An account, claim or submitted update does not guarantee approval or publication. Authorized moderation may reject, correct or remove entries and restrict abusive account access.
Accounts and outside services: provider accounts are optional and governed by the applicable AutoSecureLogin identity terms as well as these workspace rules. Keep account credentials private and sign out on shared devices. Native Android public searching has no account requirement. Other websites, agencies, maps, telephone services and applications apply their own terms, eligibility rules, charges and privacy practices.
Source rights and exports: third-party information remains subject to its source terms and licenses, including OpenStreetMap attribution and the Open Database License where applicable. Keep useful source attribution when sharing lists. Saved, printed or shared copies can become outdated and are not encrypted by HomelessHelper. You are responsible for the destination and recipient you choose.
Availability and applicable rights: features, data coverage and provider tools may change or be interrupted. No specific service outcome or uninterrupted availability is promised. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the directory and help are supplied as available without a guarantee of accuracy or fitness for a particular need. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be posted with an updated date.
