Read a provider record
Use the source, date and contact details to judge what still needs checking.
A card can show categories, organization, address, services, availability notes, source and data update date. Fields depend on the source record; a missing phone, website or coordinate is not invented. Government source records and community records are labeled separately.
An active source record means the source listed the organization; it does not mean a shelter has beds tonight, a clinic can accept you today, or a benefits office has approved your application. A source update date also does not guarantee that every field was checked on that day.
Before going, ask the organization about hours, eligibility, documentation, accessibility, pets or family rules, fees and transportation. Do not send private documents through a directory link without checking who receives them. You decide whether to contact the provider.
